Promote the interest and welfare of the library as a cultural and educational asset to communities it serves.

To attract bequest and gifts of books, volunteer labor, manuscripts, money or other library materials.

To receive and maintain funds of real or personal property to be used exclusively for library district purposes.

The brick walkway leading into the library provides the opportunity for you to honor a loved one, organization or special event while helping support Forest Hill Library District.

Your tax deductible donation of $50 not only helps fund future library resources, materials and programming but also entitles you to a personalized, engraved brick which will be placed on our memorial walkway.  

Honor a loved one for a wedding, an anniversary, birthday or memorial with an engraved brick that will be forever included in the Friends of the Library.

The Friends of the Forest Hill Library relies on irrevocable donations from the public to fulfill our mission. 

Therefore, our organization considers all donations to be non-refundable. 


Refunds may be considered, but only in exceptional circumstances.

Request must be made within 30 days of the donation date. 

Refunds are at the discretion of the Friends of the Forest Hill Library and are returned using the original payment method.
