Monday, December 20, 2021 to  Saturday, January 8, 2022, the FHPL will participate in our inaugural Winter Reading Challenge for all ages.  Winter is time to slow down and spend time with your family.  Though it has been a stressful few years we hope that the library can provide some relief.


How can you Participate?

Register yourself or your family via the Readsquared website http://foresthillreads.readsquared.com/ComingSoon.aspx  or download the App from the Apple or Google Play store. Extra challenges are open for ages 13 and older, who can pick up a Bingo Form in the library.  Participants will receive a small goody bag while supplies last for signing up for the winter reading program.


Ages 0-12: Read or have your grown-up read to you 5 books or more. Log your reading into the READsqaured app to be eligible for books prizes while supplies last.


Ages 13-older Read (or be read to) 5 hours (300 minutes) or more and log your reading into the READsqaured app to be eligible for books prizes while supplies last.

Not only can you check out our collection of books, and DVD’s, we have also added e-books, audiobooks, and joined a community of 6 libraries that you can borrow items from for FREE!  Look at our digital offerings here!
