☀️ Summer Reading 2026 Is Here!

The Forest Hill Library District is excited to officially launch our Summer Reading Program (SRP) 2026, running from June 1, 2026 through August 1, 2026!

This summer will be packed with imagination, discovery, prizes, music, games, literacy engagement, and exciting community-centered events for readers of all ages.

Families, children, teens, and adults are encouraged to participate throughout the summer by reading, attending programs, and joining in the excitement happening right here at the library.

This year’s Summer Reading events will feature:

• Interactive family programs
• Live entertainment and special guests
• Storytimes and literacy activities
• Music, movement, and creative arts
• Community partnerships and educational experiences
• Reading challenges, prizes, and giveaways

Get ready to kick off an unforgettable summer at the Forest Hill Library District!

Our Summer Reading Kickoff Celebration will bring together families, readers, community partners, and supporters for a fun-filled day of excitement, entertainment, literacy, and community engagement as we officially launch Summer Reading Program 2026.

🎒 Ending the Summer with a Spectacular Celebration!

We are excited to close out Summer Reading Program 2026 with a spectacular Back to School Event on August 1st, hosted in partnership with RAW Accomplishments and Dr. Brande Curtis!

This exciting community celebration will help students and families prepare for a successful new school year while celebrating the accomplishments of another incredible summer at the library.
