Program Rules

Who Can Participate?
Children ages 0–5 years old who have not yet started kindergarten.

Cost to Join:
Participation is FREE.

How to Register:
Parents/guardians must sign up using the Reader Zone App, using this code: e1db9.

How It Works:

Read any book to your child.

Books can be read at home, daycare, bedtime, or anywhere.

The same book may be counted more than once if read multiple times.

Audiobooks and storytime books count too.

Tracking Progress:

Log books in the Reader Zone App as you read.

Goal:
Read 1,000 books before your child starts kindergarten.

Family Reading Counts:
Anyone can read to the child—parents, grandparents, siblings, babysitters, etc.

Prize Pickup:
Visit the library after reaching each milestone to claim rewards.

Completion Prize:
Children who reach 1,000 books will be recognized as official Kindergarten Reading Champions!
