Get a Card

Are you a Everman or Forest Hill resident (76119 or 76140 zip codes) looking for immediate access to digital resources? Get your library card today!  Your Forest Hill library card grants you the ability to check out physical materials and validates your account for one year, please visit us in person before the 30 days expire. You will need to bring your valid state-issued ID with a Everman or Forest Hill address or zip code 76119 or 76140 on it and a piece of recent, first-class mail with the same address.  

The checkout limit for a resident card is 20 items, including DVDs.  With this card, patrons will have access to all of our materials in the library as well as all of our electronic materials, including eBooks, eAudiobooks and more.  To find a list of all our great online services, please check our EResources page.

Fort Worth Residents NOT in 76119 or 76140 & TexShare

If you are not a resident of 76119 or 76140 and have a library card with Fort Worth Public Library, you may obtain a TexShare Card from Fort Worth.  Bring that TexShare card, along with a valid state-issued ID and a piece of first-class mail with the same address on it, to our library to obtain one of our cards.

Your Forest Hill library card will expire at the same time as your TexShare card.

Non-Residents

If you live outside of Everman or Forest Hill or the 76119 & 76140 zip codes, Fort Worth, or you are not served by a MetroShare library (Benbrook, Burleson, Decatur, Haltom City, Haslet, Keller, Richland Hills, Roanoke, Saginaw, or Watuaga), then you qualify for a non-resident library card.  

To obtain one, come in and provide a valid state-issued ID and a piece of first-class mail with the same address on it.  The non-resident cardholder fee is $25.00 for 12-months.
