At just 15 years old, Simone Taylor is capturing hearts and turning heads with a voice that fuses raw emotion, youthful energy, and a sound entirely her own. Drawing inspiration from powerhouse artists like Amy Winehouse, Yebba, Adele, Norah Jones, and Billie Eilish, Simone discovered her passion for singing in middle school—and that passion quickly blossomed into something more.

Her musical journey began in 2023 when she joined her middle school choir, but it was in high school where her talent truly began to shine. Guided by the mentorship of her dedicated choir teachers, Ms. Spirry and Ms. Carol, Simone developed not only her vocal skills but also a fierce commitment to excellence and artistry. Within her first year, she earned spots in the 9/10 Regional Choir, received 1st Division Solo Ensemble recognition, and was honored as Most Outstanding Soloist and for Musicianship—accolades that reflect her natural talent and dedication.

Encouraged by her teachers and peers, Simone began performing beyond the classroom—taking the stage at school events, open mic nights hosted by Mike McGuin, and other local venues. In Fall 2025, she will further expand her talents by joining her high school’s theater program, adding a new dimension to her already impressive vocal range and stage presence.

Whether she's performing soulful covers or working on original material, Simone sings with authenticity, passion, and depth beyond her years. She’s also building a following on YouTube, sharing her music and connecting with an audience that continues to grow with every performance.

Currently, Simone is focused on laying a strong musical foundation by attending local music camps and staying committed to her artistic development.
