Pastor Darrell W. Blair, a native of Fort Worth, Texas, is a distinguished minister, national gospel-recording artist, and devoted servant of God. Called to be a prophetic “Voice,” he has dedicated his life to inspiring and transforming others through preaching, music, and ministry.

His academic journey reflects diligence and excellence, holding a degree in Business Administration, a Biblical Studies Diploma from Southern Bible Institute, and a Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctor of Religious Philosophy in Theology from Integrity Seminary.

Pastor Blair’s passion for music and ministry was ignited early as a youth choir member at age twelve. In 1991, he accepted the call to preach the Gospel, beginning a journey that has impacted countless lives. After years of service as a Minister of Music and Gospel Recording Artist, he founded New Breed Christian Center—the church “Where Ministry Means People and Everybody Is Somebody.” His preaching carries a prophetic anointing, delivering a Rhema Word that breaks strongholds and sets captives free.

In 2010, Pastor Blair joined Perfecting Fellowship International under the covering of Bishop-Elect Marvin L. Winans Sr., further advancing his vision for transformation, purpose, and kingdom impact. Beyond the pulpit, he is also an accomplished author, mentor, and creative artist. A former member of the legendary Kirk Franklin & The Family, Pastor Blair’s commanding baritone anchored the platinum-selling album Whatcha’ Lookin’ 4. His gifts have also led him to perform in Tyler Perry’s Why Did I Get Married and alongside gospel and entertainment greats such as Ann Nesby, Arnez J, Darius McCrary, and Billy D. Williams.
