Aby Aldana serves as a Community Referral Specialist with the Tarrant Area Food Bank, where she plays a vital role in connecting families to lasting solutions that combat food insecurity. As part of the Community Resource Team, Aby focuses on helping individuals and households apply for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)—a critical tool for achieving long-term stability and access to nutritious food.

Serving 13 counties across North Texas, Aby and her team meet neighbors where they are—out in the community—ensuring that families receive compassionate, hands-on support throughout the entire application process.
