Y. Tay Robson – Author, Healing Advocate, and Visionary Leader

Y. Tay Robson is a faith-rooted healing advocate, creative entrepreneur, and the author of Hey YOU! A Healing Workbook for Becoming, Belonging, and Breathing Again. Her upcoming release, Hey YOU! The Pour: Book II (launching November 30), continues her mission to guide readers through grief, restoration, and spiritual renewal.

Smiling person with long, side-swept hair, wearing green eyeshadow, large green earrings, and a dark top.

As the founder of Grief Can’t Hold Me and visionary behind The Healing Table, a live series and coaching space, Tay creates compassionate environments that center emotional honesty, spiritual depth, and community care. Her work is deeply personal—honoring the legacy of her daughter Day’Zshia and the ongoing healing journey she shares with her three grandsons.

Through storytelling, scripture, and affirmation, Tay empowers individuals and families who have experienced significant loss—especially the loss of a child—to reclaim their breath, their voice, and their sense of belonging. Her outreach includes The Teddy Bear Project, a compassion-driven initiative that provides comfort and connection to those navigating deep grief, along with a growing line of healing-centered creative products promoting emotional and spiritual wellness.

Whether through her books, live teachings, or coaching, Y. Tay Robson reminds us that while grief may visit, it does not define us—healing is our birthright.
