Noemy & Trisha – Frontline Communications Team
Noemy & Trisha serve as the frontline communications team for the Forest Hill Library District—two of the first welcoming faces patrons meet when they walk through our doors. Their work goes far beyond daily interactions; they play a vital role in ensuring every visitor feels supported, informed, and connected to the resources they need.
Noemy, a lifelong Forest Hill resident, uses her creativity, imagination, and love for community to uplift visitors of all ages. She helps cultivate a welcoming environment by encouraging exploration, supporting early literacy, and assisting families, teens, and seniors with both technology and library resources. Noemy plays a key role in promoting programs, helping patrons engage with events, and ensuring that everyone—especially first-time visitors—feels valued and at ease. Her artistic strengths often contribute to displays, program support, and visual materials that brighten the library and inspire curiosity.
She is passionate about helping others discover new interests, unlock new skills, and feel at home within the library’s walls.
Trisha, brings a unique blend of empathy, education, and calm leadership to her role. With an undergraduate degree in Child Development and Psychology and ongoing graduate studies in counseling, she offers thoughtful support to families, teens, and individuals navigating sensitive or stressful questions. Her experience in trauma and youth support allows her to approach patrons with deep understanding and compassion. Whether helping someone find mental-health resources, guiding students to homework tools, or assisting new patrons with library services, Trisha contributes meaningfully to the emotional and educational well-being of the community.
Outside of work, her involvement in her church’s Deaf Ministry strengthens her communication skills and her commitment to serving diverse populations.
Together, Trisha and Noemy are essential to the public experience at the Forest Hill Library District. Their warm personalities, strong communication skills, and genuine dedication to service help strengthen community trust, promote lifelong learning, and create an environment where every patron—child, teen, adult, or senior—feels welcomed and supported.
