DeAndre’ Johnson – Driving Workforce Innovation at Goodwill®

DeAndre’ Johnson is the Director of Workforce Development for the Opportunity Accelerator® at Goodwill North Central Texas, where she oversees life-changing job training and placement programs designed to help individuals build independence and long-term stability. She leads key initiatives such as the Job Resource Centers, VetWorthy (supporting veterans and their families), and Relaunch, which assists individuals returning from incarceration as they re-enter the workforce.

A dynamic and mission-driven leader, DeAndre’ provides strategic direction, manages program operations, and strengthens community relationships to ensure that every participant receives high-quality, client-centered support. Since joining Goodwill in 2021, she has advanced through several leadership roles—reflecting her dedication to workforce development and her passion for helping people reach their full potential.

DeAndre’ holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Wiley College and is pursuing her MBA in Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. She also holds both the Goodwill® Career Coach and Navigator Specialization Certificate and the Google Project Management Specialization Certificate. A recipient of multiple Goodwill honors, she is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and volunteers with the Girl Scouts of America.
