Danielle Slee, Licensed Professional Counselor | Community Leader
Danielle Slee is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with Flourish Counseling and Consultation in Oak Cliff, Texas, where she has served individuals and couples for over eight years. Her clinical work focuses on helping adults and couples navigate life transitions, strengthen relationships, and work through personal and relational challenges with compassion and evidence-based care.

Danielle earned her bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of North Texas and her master’s degree in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. She holds specialized certifications in Gottman Therapy, a research-based approach to couples counseling, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a trauma-focused therapeutic modality designed to support healing and emotional resolution.
In November 2019, Danielle and her husband relocated to Forest Hill, Texas, along with their beloved dogs. Although the pandemic initially limited opportunities to connect, Danielle has since become deeply engaged in the community. Her commitment to local involvement led her to join the Friends of the Forest Hill Library, where she recently completed her first year as President and looks forward to expanding programs, events, and community impact in her second year of service.
Outside of her professional and volunteer roles, Danielle enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading, and—by her own admission—drinking more coffee than she probably should.
