Raquel McFadden | Child Development

Raquel McFadden is a dedicated advocate for children and families, committed to supporting early childhood development and strengthening family connections through education and community resources. With a passion for helping parents and caregivers create nurturing learning environments, Raquel focuses on promoting early literacy, developmental awareness, and positive family engagement.
For the second consecutive year, Raquel is partnering with the Forest Hill Library District’s Family Place Workshop, where she works alongside families to provide guidance, resources, and encouragement during the critical early years of a child’s development. Through her participation, she helps parents build confidence, ask questions, and discover practical ways to support their child’s growth and learning.
Raquel’s compassionate approach and dedication to community outreach continue to make a meaningful impact on families throughout the area.
