Word Play
Join the Forest Hill Library District for Word Play, an interactive theatrical experience that combines clowning, puppetry, and live original music to take audiences on a magical adventure through the alphabet. Performers Honey and Sarah bring words to life through imaginative characters, playful storytelling, and audience participation.
Inspired by creator Honey Goodenough’s personal journey with dyslexia and literacy challenges, Word Play helps children build confidence with letters, sounds, and words in a fun and engaging environment. Families will laugh, learn, and explore a world where vowels become friends, “C-A-T” and “D-O-G” come to life, and the alphabet turns into an unforgettable adventure. It’s the perfect blend of education and entertainment — a play on words, literally!
