Affectionately known as “Mrs. Rita,” I joined the Forest Hill Library District in 2021 and have been setting the bar high ever since. With a strong work ethic, a dedication to excellence, and a keen eye for detail, I’m proud to contribute to the District’s success and help us reach our next big milestones.

While keeping day-to-day operations on track, my heart lies in working behind the scenes—focusing on the bigger picture, supporting our mission, and pushing us toward new milestones and excellence.

Outside the library, I channel my drive into growing my personal brands—Wilson PSL and APSbyRee. Though I proudly wear the title of workaholic, nothing brings me greater joy than spending quality time with my family, soaking in life, laughter, and love.
