📋 Food Vendor Licensing Requirement

Food truck and mobile food vendors must have one of the following before setting up at the library:

• ✅ A current Mobile Food Vendor (MFV) License issued by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS); OR
• ✅ A current permit authorizing the vendor to operate within the City of Forest Hill.

All required licenses and/or permits must be current and valid on the date of operation.

The Forest Hill Library District also welcomes artisans, retailers, small businesses, entrepreneurs, service providers, and other vendors to participate in select library special events throughout the year. Special-event vendor pricing may be slightly higher depending on the event and opportunity.
