Music4Libraries

Music workshop for 4th-5th graders on guitar, rhythm, sound. Oct 1-Nov 5, Wed & Sat. Hosted by Harlean Beal & Forest Hill Library.

The Forest Hill Library is proud to offer Music4Libraries, a dynamic program designed for 4th and 5th grade students. Participants have two options to join: Harlean Beal Elementary students may attend the after-school program held at their school, while all 4th and 5th graders in the community are welcome to take part in the Saturday sessions at the library. Both pathways provide enriching experiences that connect students to music, learning, and creativity.

Music4Libraries Project was created by Mr. Erick Ibarra to bring free music education into communities through local libraries. In this program, your children will learn the basics of music: how to read notes, the parts of a guitar, rhythm & tempo, and much more. This program will last for 6 weeks, happening on Wednesdays and Saturdays, starting Wednesday, October 1st, to Wednesday, November 5th.
